Area 2 of 10 in the UltimateSEO Framework v4.3
Technical eligibility
Whether people, search engines and AI systems can reach, render and index the right address. It covers responses, crawl and index controls, canonicals, sitemaps, rendering, links, mobile parity, performance, HTTPS, language versions, CDN and WAF access, AI and Bing crawlers, faceted URLs, pagination, overload and migrations. 10 of the 20 are hard gates: a confirmed FAIL on any of them stops publication until it is fixed. The scan checks 14 automatically, gives a partial signal for 2 and needs your evidence for 4.

Automated the scan can produce pass or fail evidence on its own. Partly automated the crawl gives a signal, a person decides. Needs your evidence Search Console, logs, business facts or reviews are required; the state stays UNKNOWN until you supply them.
